Yes, we can remove old appliances for you. A removal fee is charged per appliance, and they must be disconnected prior to our arrival. Additionally, we ask that the area around the appliance is clear and safe for our team to access and remove the item efficiently. The manufacturer's warranty is valid for one year from the date of occupancy. Additionally, you have the option to purchase a protection plan through TA Builder for extended coverage. If you'd like more details about the protection plan or warranty terms, let us know!

We do not deliver on closing dates because we cannot guarantee when the customer will receive their keys. The earliest we deliver is typically the day after closing.

If you have a specific delivery schedule in mind, we recommend arranging delivery either before or after your closing date. The only exception is if a builder coordinates the delivery in advance.

Yes, someone over the age of 18 must be present at the time of delivery to sign off on the appliances. This ensures that the delivery is received and inspected properly, and any necessary paperwork can be completed.

Each of our trucks can accommodate up to 10 full appliance suites, and we can deploy multiple trucks in a single day to meet larger delivery needs.

We provide 3-hour delivery windows to ensure efficient scheduling. While we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
